INFORMATION COLLECTED VIA THIS WEBSITE
We collect the following types of information via this Website:
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information about you when you choose to provide that information to us, such as when you sign up for a newsletter via this Website, complete a form or survey on this Website, or send us a message through a “contact us” feature on this Website. The kinds of information we collect may include your name, your email address, as well as any other information you elect to provide. We also may ask you to provide other information about yourself for various other purposes that we specify or make apparent at the time of collection.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit this Website, we and our service providers and vendors may automatically collect certain information about your computer or device and your interactions with our Website through access logs, cookies, pixel tags and other tracking technologies. These technologies enable us to recognize your computer; store your preferences and settings; enhance your user experience by delivering content specific to your interests; perform searches and analytics; and assist with security administrative functions.
The types of information collected automatically may include, by way of example only, your IP address, browser type, browser language, operating system, state or country from which you accessed the Website, software and hardware attributes (including device IDs), referring and exit pages and URLs, the number of clicks, files you download, pages viewed, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time you used the Website, error logs and other similar information. From your IP address, we may be able to infer your general location (e.g., city and state or postal code). This information allows us to understand how people are navigating and using our Website and how we can improve your experience based on the information we collect. This information also helps us ensure that this Website functions properly, determine how many users have visited certain pages, and prevent fraud.
We also work with Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about the use of this Website and report on activities and trends. You can learn about Google’s practices by visiting https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/, and you may opt out of them by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Most browsers let you disable all cookies or be given the choice of declining or accepting the transfer to your computer of a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular site, including cookies used for interest-based marketing messages. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. If you disable or decline cookies, some functionality of this Website may be impaired. For more information about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set on your device and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We use certain organizational and technical safeguards that are designed to maintain the integrity and security of the information we collect. These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect and store. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot and do not promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our safeguards and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

If you choose to use this Website from a country other than the U.S., you acknowledge that you are transferring your personal information outside of that country to the United States for storage and processing and that any personal information you provide to us will be processed in the U.S., where the laws and regulations may not provide the same level of data protection rights as in the jurisdiction in which you are located. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with the storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating this Website. By providing any information, including personal information, to us, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing. This Website may contain links to third-party websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. The collection, use and disclosure of your information will be subject to the privacy policies of those third-party websites, not this Privacy Policy. Therefore, we encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Website and to read the privacy policies of every site they visit that collects their information.
YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

We will consider all requests in accordance with applicable law and will provide a response within the time period set by applicable law. Please note, however, that certain information may be exempt from such requests (e.g., where we are required to keep information for legal purposes). In such circumstances, we will provide you with information regarding the appeals process.
NOTICE CONCERNING DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
