Ocean with David Attenborough wins two Emmy Awards at the 2026 ceremony, taking home Outstanding Cinematography for a Nonfiction Program for cinematographers Toby Strong and Doug Anderson, and Outstanding Sound Editing for a Nonfiction or Reality Program for its sound team.
From celebrating Sir David Attenborough’s 100th birthday and launching Our Sea in a Lifetime, to screenings of Ocean with David Attenborough from California to Mozambique — we’ve had an exciting quarter. At this midyear point, Revive Our Ocean is working across our Collective to scale coastal marine protection and create a new blueprint for coastal prosperity.
Ocean With David Attenborough nominated for six Emmy Award nominations. The nominations include: Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Special; Outstanding Narrator; Outstanding Cinematography for a Nonfiction Program; Outstanding Music Composition for a Documentary/Nonfiction or Reality Program (Original Dramatic Score); Outstanding Sound Editing for a Nonfiction or Reality Program; Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Nonfiction Program.
